Reformer Group Classes
Classes for up to 9 people with an instructor who makes sure your posture is perfect and your muscles are shaking.

How to Book a Class
Flex Pilates uses the popular fitness reservation system MindBody to register clients and book all our classes. The first step is to create a MindBody account, then you can choose the Flex class you want to take from our MindBody page. All classes are paid for in advance, and we adhere to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy (read more about our late cancel policies at the bottom of the pricing page).
Taking 3 classes a week you are guaranteed to change your body in just 4 weeks. Our four week Bootcamp is $299 for new clients and $329 for existing clients (a $480 value). ALL classes are mandatory for the entire 4 week session –EVERY Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the same time each day (*Please note that our 5:30pm and 6:30pm class options meet Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). If you miss a class you CANNOT reschedule. The fee for a missed class is $25. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Available class times: 6am, 7am, 8am, and 12pm, OR Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 5:30pm, or 6:30pm. Also now offering Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at 12pm.
There are seven bootcamp sessions that begin April 2nd and end April 28th:

Reformer Group Classes
With a maximum of 9 students each class provides hands-on, semi-private instruction. Focusing on core strength and flexibility, Flex is a unique fusion of traditional pilates and dynamic strength training to achieve a whole body workout. With the state-of-the-art Allegro 2 Reformer by Balanced Body you get all the benefits of traditional pilates packed into an intense, fun, and effective 50 minute workout. No prior experience required.
Do you have a specific injury you’re recovering from? Are you concerned it won’t be addressed in a group setting? Safety is our #1 priority at Flex Pilates. If you feel more comfortable starting out with a private session with one of our educated instructors we also offer privates on our mindbody appointments tab. *Please note we require a 24 hr cancellation notice to re-schedule without being charged. For all stages of pregnancy and for new moms who are looking to get back into shape we offer prenatal private and semi-private reformer classes on your schedule.
