Boot Camp

Reformer Bootcamp begins April 6th and ends May 2nd

Taking 3 classes a week you are guaranteed to change your body in just 4 weeks. Our four week Bootcamp is $299 for new clients and $329 for existing clients (a $480 value). ALL classes are mandatory for the entire 4 week session — EVERY Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the same time each day. If you miss a class you cannot reschedule. The fee for a missed class is $25. NO EXCEPTIONS. Available class times: 6am, 7am, 8am, 5:30pm, or 6:30pm. Also available for the TuThSa at 12pm.

NEW Prenatal Class

For all our Sexy Flexy Mamas we will be offering a prenatal group reformer class for all stages of pregnancy every Thursday at 5:30pm starting in March

Teacher Training

New lecture dates! We are excited to offer our next FLEX TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM April 4th-June 20th! Learn how to build a reformer Pilates class safely and effectively using the Flex Pilates method and/or learn how to improve your own Pilates practice. NEW 7:30pm class

For our Flexies who work late or have to drive in from the suburbs — we are now offering a 7:30pm Thursday evening class. Brittany will be teaching this group reformer class starting on March 12th.
