Reformer Bootcamp begins June 6th and ends July 1st Taking 3 classes a week you are guaranteed to change your body in just 4 weeks. Our four week Bootcamp is $299 for new clients and $329 for existing clients (a $480 value). ALL CLASSES ARE MANDATORY for the entire 4 week session — EVERY Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the same time each day. If you miss a class you CANNOT reschedule. The fee for a missed class is $25. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Available class times: 6am, 7am, 8am, 5:30pm, or 6:30pm. Also available for the TuThSa at 12pm.

Pilates on the lake! Come cruise with us Sunday, June 12th! The boat will be docked next to the Columbia yacht club and we will meet there for a 3pm mat pilates class on the deck followed by a 4pm cruise around the lake! $55 ticket includes one hour mat class, one hour cruise, and a mimosa! But feel free to BYOB as well! Can’t wait to see all our Flexies on the lake this summer!
